My old Samsung Grand Prime gave me headache again. The camera failed to operate. This is a disaster for a mom who needs to capture kids’ activities daily. I had tried to restart the phone several times but it didn’t work. I tried to the Storage menu, and I selected Clear Data and Clear Cache. Not work. Frustrated. Panic.
Then I asked my friend for help, he just told me to wipe my cache partition. My God, I just didn’t get that! So I browsed how to do it and the steps are just sooo easy. Turn the phone off, press the Power, Home, and Volume Up buttons together and hold until I see the green creature pic pop up on the screen. This way the phone goes to its recovery mode. Then I use the Volume down button to scroll to Wipe Cache Partition and then press the Power button to begin. Once done, I open my phone case, get the battery out and place it back again, and finally restart my phone. It didn’t take two minutes to do it. WOW. The best thing is I don’t need to spend a cent to fix it. 😀 😀 typical mom.
Thanks Google. Now I can continue my vlogging again….
